- Follow-Up Medication Management (25 minutes): $ 225
- Follow-Up Therapy Session (50 minutes): $ 425
- Follow-Up Therapy and Medication Management (50 minutes): $425
- ONE TIME consultation (90 minutes including review of records): $525
Payment is due at the time of service.
A superbill can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
